Portland Jewish Academy

Arts & Crafts


Fine Art Starts!

Grace Art Camp

Grace Art Camp creates awareness through art and culture, for children ages 4-12. “People, Salmon, Land, Big River” will focus on local lifeways of people and tribes of the Pacific Northwest. Native stories, materials, animals, and foods will be celebrated through artmaking and earth tending.


Tucker Arts Camp

Voted Best Arts Camp for 4 years running, Tucker Arts Camp is back! Children in pre-k (age 4+) through 5th grade explore the art of storytelling with crafts, music, & visual arts. The SE PDX campus offers a organic garden, tree house studio, goats, and gym. 8:30-2:30 + aftercare avail until 5:30PM.


Willowbrook Arts Camp

Willowbrook Arts Camp is a choice-based arts day camp located in Tualatin. Campers from ages 5-17 are able to learn from artists with skills in drama production, music, fiber arts, basket weaving, ceramics, creative writing, and more!

Jigs for KidsTM – Yeates Academy of Irish Dance

Jump into the rhythm of Irish dance! This high-energy week-long camp is the perfect intro to Irish soft and hard shoe dancing, plus storytelling, music, arts, and crafts. Designed for

beginners, campers (ages 5-10) will build confidence, master new moves, and take home a Yeates Academy t-shirt!


OMEGA Gymnastics

OMEGA keeps your kids active with supervised play, gymnastics instruction, and craft. Choose half day or full day weekly options. Camp shirt and annual family membership required for all attendees. See website for more details.

The Portland Ballet

Disabilities


ABI: Bike First!

Riders blossom and beam with pride over their new-found skill, volunteers cheer, and parents tear up to see their child take flight, alone, for the first time. Bike First! is open to children eight years and up; meaning there is no cap on the end age. 


Camp Meadowood Springs

A summer camp experience for children with communication challenges, including speech sound disorder. Activities include: Confidence Courses, canoeing, arts & crafts, nature hikes, bug catching, and much more!


Camp Yakety Yak

Camp Yakety Yak is an inclusive social skills day camp supporting friendship development for children with special needs, ages 5-15, & social skills in the workplace instruction for young adults ages 16-22. 


General


Adventure Camp

Join Adventure Camp for up to 8 weeks of themed day camps for kids in K – 5th Grade in Beaverton! Each week features field trips, art & cooking projects and outdoor games on their 26 acre campus, and much more! Adventure Camp is a program by Southwest Bible Church.


Catlin Gabel School

Catlin Gabel’s 67-acre campus offers a variety of weekly camps from July 7-Aug. 8 (preschool-high school). Options include sports, arts and crafts, photography, LEGO robotics, model rockets, writing, DJing, day camps, and more. Extended care available. 


Cedarwood Waldorf School

Cedarwood’s summer camps offer hands-on fun, outdoor adventures, and creative exploration in a nurturing environment. Children of all ages thrive through storytelling, crafting, movement, and nature-based activities inspired by Waldorf education.


Childpeace Montessori School

Join Childpeace Montessori School for a summer of enriching, creative, and skill-building camps. Their camps are open to all! There are camps for nature lovers, creative minds, storytellers, dancers, and so much more.


Club K Summer Camp

French International School

French International summer camps are designed for students ages 3-8th grade, and they offer both English and French options for the greater Portland community. Weekly options from June 23-August 1 including music, art, engineering, sports, and more.


Happy Hollow Children’s Center

They are an inclusive Summer Day Camp for children 2.5-5 and School Age Groups

(Kindergarten to 2nd Grade – 5-8 Years). They offer weekly enrollment full-day camp or half-day camp and drop-in day options as well!!


Mittleman Jewish Community Center

Oregon Episcopal School

Summer at OES offers students in pre-K through grade five a variety of fun, inquiry-based summer enrichment programs, plus special workshops for grades 6-11. From rock climbing to creative arts, river running to STEM, your child will find their passion at OES.

Portland Waldorf School

Spend the summer unplugged and outdoors on their 7-acre campus! Themes for ages 3-12: pollinators, recycled textiles, nature art, kitchen science, wolves & more. For MS & HS: theater, babysitter training, parkour, & art! Rest time for campers age 3-5.

Steve & Kate’s Camp

Campers choose from a variety of activities, including sewing, coding, maker crafts, sports & more! Buy any number of days to use at any time. Unused days are automatically refunded at summer’s end. Lunch, snacks & all hours (8am–6pm) included.

St. Mary’s Academy

St. Mary’s Academy camps are filled with adventures, hands-on activities, and a variety of fun games to pique every girl’s interests! Current SMA students serve as camp counselors, facilitating valuable learning experiences and mentoring campers.

Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District

Villa Sport Athletic Club

Kids can look forward to 10 weeks of adventure and fun, including swimming, crafts with friends, showcasing their skills, and playing their favorite games.

YMCA Camp Greider

YMCA Camp Greider is a day camp located on 80 beautiful acres in the West Salem Hills, offering programs for campers ages 6-15. Throughout a week at Camp Greider, campers will create life-long memories, develop new friendships, and build life skills.


Horses & Farm


Camp Wahoo!

Camp Wahoo! Is a week-long summer camp for kids ages 9-16 who love horses and the outdoors. Campers experience true adventure, riding daily and living in a rustic pioneer camp.


Ekone Ranch Summer Camp

At Ekone, days are spent outside, doing projects, exploring the forests and canyons, and

building community with humans and animals. Kids come home feeling confident, supported, and ready to tackle new things! Programs offered in horses, art, cooking, music, leadership, and hands-on skill-building.


Triskelee Farm

Join Triskelee Farm this summer! They have a variety of camps for all ages. They offer Farm, Art, and even Demigod training camps for Greek mythology lovers. Spend the day outside connecting with nature and animals, and making new friends!

Femme Rising LLC

Femme Rising’s Girls on the Rise camps empower girls ages 6–11 & 11-17 through self- defense, creativity, and teamwork. Each week builds confidence, strength, and resilience in a fun, supportive space where girls grow into their power.

Portland Rock Gym

Rock Haven Climbing

Alliance Française de Portland

Paris comes to Portland with summer camp at the Alliance Française! Learning French is FUN with theater games, arts & crafts, plenty of movement, and interactive lessons. All levels of French welcome!


German International School

Kids Like Languages

Kids like Languages offers language immersion camps (Spanish, Mandarin and French) for grades Pre-K through 6th.

Scuola Italiana di Portland

Their Summer Camp 2025 is called Pasaporto Per L’Italia. It is an Italy inspired, immersive language and cultural adventure ages 3-11. Students will receive “passports” for each Italian inspired art and cultural activity – play, learning, art, and cultural inspiration.

The International Leadership Academy

ILA Summer Camps in Lake Oswego provide continuity in language and culture, with instruction in both French and English. French proficiency is not required. Sessions include Cooking, Arts and Crafts, Robotics, Science, Dance, Yoga, Movie Making and more!

Summer Sing – ORS Youth Choir
