Fun Games with Dice: Tenzi
Tenzi is a FUN interactive dice game with zillions of options for you and your family. Whether it’s just 2 of you for some 1-vs-1 competition, or a larger group, Tenzi is a great way to shut of the electronics, think fast, move quickly and have a blast with each other. With The Holiday Season, Tenzi and all of it’s options are great ways to spend time with kids when school is out and when you have family visiting. We love using Tenzi in our kids action classes.
Game 1
Pick a # and the 1st player within their group to roll all their dice to match that # wins. Each time you roll the chosen #, you remove those dice from the game and put them in a pile. Tower Version of that game is identical, but instead of the correctly rolled dice in a pile, each player has to stack all 10 in a tower. If the tower falls, those dice are back in the game and he/she has to start rolling them again.
Game 2
Theft: The players agree on a #, say 5. Everyone rolls their dice at the same time. All 5’s rolled …no matter whose dice they are…are fair game. Players grab all the 5’s they can until none are left, and then roll again. The player at the end with the most dice wins!
