Nov 28 – Dec 8:

CNS Community Chanukah Candle-Lighting (on Zoom)

Join your CNS clergy for a moment of reflection, connection, and light as you light your Chanukah candles together. Give yourself the gift of time and community for this special Chanukah gathering. Daily at 5:45pm

Nov 30:

Ahavath Achim Hanukkah Party

Congregation Ahavath Achim will be celebrating Hanukkah on Tuesday, November 30th as a community. Join for a festive night full of candle lighting, Hanukkah dinner, bingo, driedel, music and more. 5:30-8pm, $12/person or $36/family

Dec 2:

Trail Blazers vs Spurs – Chanukah Jewish Heritage Night

Head to the Rose Quarter for a Trail Blazers game with discounted tickets and celebrate Chanukah Jewish Heritage Night. 7pm, $11+

Dec 3:

Mini Mensches Donuts for Dinner

Stop by Congregation Beth Israel’s outdoor plaza to see their Chanukah lights display! They’ll have blow ups, lights, music and photo ops. Come for the lights, stay for the donuts. At 5pm they will do some candle lighting and singing with Kim Schneiderman. 4-6pm, free

Dec 5:

Celebrate Chanukah Together with Kesser Israel

Join Kesser for Latkas, Hot dogs, Menorah lighting, and Chanukah activities. Indoor and outdoor activities for COVID health options. 5:30-7pm, $5/child, $7/adult ($25 max/family)

MJCC Hanukkah Donuts + Dreidels

Enjoy arts and crafts, dreidels, story time, singing, and eat some delicious sufganiyot  (jelly donuts) at this family-friendly Hanukkah celebration. 1-3pm, $5/family

CNS Chanukah Party

Chanukah is here! Everyone is invited to join Congregation Neveh Shalom for a special in-person Chanukah party. Together you’ll light candles, sing songs and enjoy treats in a Covid-conscious way. 5-7pm, free

Zot Hanukkah – an 8th Night Musical Celebration on Zoom

Two Jewish Renewal communities, the Havurah Synagogue of Ashland, OR and the Aquarian Minyan of Berkeley, CA will co-host a celebration of the 8th night of Hanukkah, the Jewish Festival of Light, on Zoom. The evening features singer/songwriter/musical director, Achi Ben Shalom. Rabbi David Zaslow will lead a communal candle lighting, storyteller Debra Zaslow will tell a Hanukkah story, Cyrise Beatty Schachter, Ami Goodman and Allen Kenner will share songs for the holiday followed by a sing-along by Achi Ben Shalom. 7-8:30pm, by donation
