PDX Pop Now!

All weekend long, the 13th Annual PDX Pop Now! Festival will be taking place at AudioCinema, under the Hawthorne Bridge. This all-ages, non-profit event will feature performances from 44 different Portland artists on two outdoor stages, a record fair, street fair, lots of food, and the annual band-on-band basketball tournament. Marylhurst University is hosting Summer on the Green, a free event that features live entertainment on the university campus. This Friday evening, grab a picnic dinner and something comfy to sit on and head to the green for the mellow music of Michelle Wodtli and Art Viloria. Food will also be for sale, and parking is free. Plucky Maidens Summer Junk Fest

One person’s trash is another’s treasure! If you’ve got a thing for old stuff, check out the Summer Junk Fest at Oaks Park this weekend. There will be live music, lots of different food trucks, and over 75 vendors selling vintage and antique goodies. $5-10, pluckymaidens.com
