Krayon Kids Musical Theatre, TWIN MOONS RISING @ Barclay Theater

Krayon Kids Musical Theatre Company presents, TWIN MOONS RISING, our 26th annual fall production. An original show that delights families with amazing high energy song and dance numbers and hundreds of dazzling costumes. A magical tale of spirited faeries, not so-evil witches and other fantastical characters.
Performed by a cast of 48 between the ages of 5-18.

Portland Book Festival @ Portland Art Museum


On Saturday, November 9, 2019 the Portland Book Festival offers something for readers (and future readers) of all ages!

This year’s Festival will include 100+ authors90+ vendors9 stages14 writing workshops, dozens of pop-up events throughout the Portland Art Museum, delicious food trucks, and on-site bookstores and author signings.

Advance passes are $15 (day-of passes increase to $20) for adults and include a $5 voucher to spend at the extensive book fair, and youth 17 and under or with high school ID attend FREE. All passes include admission to the Portland Art Museum.

Castles and Wizards – Oregon Symphony @ Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall

Make sure to grab your wand and don your finest wizarding robes for this magical performance! Music from Harry PotterLord of the Rings, and more will enchant concert-goers of all ages. Kids Series Concert

Starting at 1pm in concert hall lobby, there will be an Instrument Petting Zoo, which provides kids and the young at heart with a hands-on opportunity to try a variety of string instruments.
